Falvey Commercial Properties and Fortis Group Announce Merger
   
Two prominent Louisville-area real estate firms are joining forces. Falvey Commercial Properties and Fortis Group have announced the merger of the two firms, effective December 15.

Falvey Commercial Properties was founded in 1993 by John Falvey, a 30 year veteran of Louisville commercial real estate, including a 10 year stint as partner in the Louisville based STM Development Company in the mid-1980's. Falvey's firm is known for property leasing and sales with a long and successful track record in land sales. Falvey also has represented many well-known national and local retail land companies in the Louisville market.
